Mikel Arteta

After years of nothing and average results. Mikel Arteta was appointed in 2019 as head coach, leaving his position as Pep Guardiola's assistant to take over from Unai Emery

Slow rebuild and finally..... Victory

The progress up until the title was a steady one. Arsenal finished 8th on the table twice, they finished 2nd three times in a row.

2022/23 season was when it should have happened, Arsenal dominated the whole league but they crumbled at the most important moment

That failure built the foundation for this success. Now they have the experience of the mental fortitude required to win a title.

They crumbled under pressure in 2023 but 3 years after they prevailed.

Mentality alone didn't get them the victory, proper recruitment also played an important role. After the 2023 season, they signed Declan Rice and David Raya, two important figures that helped them secure the title

What's next?

Arsenal are champions again. Mikel Arteta is still in charge. They are no more a near miss team. The boys have tasted success after a long period of patience and now they're hungry for more

With Pep Guardiola leaving the Premier League, Arsenal's dominance might have just started. They have everything it takes to go for it again.

After 22 years of drought, they are Champions once again
