The Rise of the New York Knicks: Do they have what it takes to win a championship?
The NY Knicks are proving they are ready to take the title back to MSG. Do they have what it takes?

The Knicks are no longer a relic of the Madison Square Garden's glory
days. They are once again title contenders in 2026. But can this
current form last long enough to put an end to a 53 year drought?
Mental Toughness
One of the defining traits of the NY Knicks is their toughness. They
have that “dawg” in them. They don't back down in the face of pressure
they grind it out.
This was evident in their Eastern Conference Finals Game 1 victory
over the Cleveland Cavaliers after coming back from a 22-point deficit
in the fourth quarter to take a 115-104 statement win.
At the heart of it all is Jalen Brunson who is currently averaging 27
points and 6 assists in the 2026 playoffs
